Katie Meadon is raising money for Woking Hospice
In memory of Liz Meadon
Woking & Sam Beare Hospice is a charity that delivers specialist palliative care to adult patients of all ages who have life-limiting and terminal illnesses in the North West Surrey region, providing free of charge holistic care and support services both in our hospice and in homes.

Story

Mum very sadly died on the 23rd December 2020 after a brave four and half year battle with cancer.  During the latter weeks, the Woking Hospice team provided the most professional and compassionate care to mum and support to the rest of our family.  It was wonderful to know that mum was getting the best possible care when she most needed it.

Everyone who finds themselves in this position deserves that kind of care, however Woking Hospice is only 10% funded by the NHS and the other 90% is charity.  We would like to do our bit to make sure future families obtain this precious support.
