Dear All,

On September 18th I will be taking part in the Bupa Great North Run 2011.  While this will be a huge personal challenge, I will be running more importantly for the National Autistic Society.

Over 2 million are effected by autism every day. Being able to number myself amongst that figure I can empathise with the varied impact autism has on families and individuals.  Any small or (preferably) large donation will aid The National Autistic Society in their ongoing medical research and the treatment and care of sufferers.  

Please please pleaseeeee give generously and if you're in Newcastle come watch ;)
