On Sunday 13^th July I’m cycling from London to Brighton on the Capital to Coast Charity Cycle Challenge.

It’s going to be a gruelling 60 mile race in the hot summer sun so all donations will be happily received and go towards the following charities Norwood Down’s Syndrome Association, Southern FM’s Help a Local Child and Sparks.

As opposed to what some people think I will not be wearing a chicken outfit or dressing up as any kind of animal. It’s going to be hard enough in lycras thank you very much!
