On May 31st, my insanely fast marathon-running father and I will be running my first ever 10k (& his gazillionth!) as part of the Vitality Virtual London 10,000. All money raised will go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of my wonderful uncle, Russell who we lost to this dreadful disease.
