As most of your will know, both Inga and I have both lost our dads in the past year. Sadly both our dad's were diagnosed with terminal cancer and not given very long to live. It's too late for our dads but hopefully by raising the awareness of the amazing work being done at Cancer Research and helping raise finances to allow them to continue doing such great work we can help other families at least have a chance to fight cancer. 

I've set myself and interesting challenge for 2014 and hope you will support me with this cause. Many of you who know me will know I don't do things by half measures and if you fancy joining me in any of these events, please let me know. 

Event 1 - The London Marathon (April 2014)

Event 2 - The Edinburgh Marathon (May 2014)

Event 3 - The Scottish Tough Mudder (June 2014) I will be looking for team members for this event
