I will be taking on the challenge of running the Big Sur International Marathon on the 28th of April 2019 to raise awareness and funds for the Cancer Research UK. 42KM of pain will be nothing compared to what a lot of people are going through or have been through. 

It seems everyone you speak to knows someone that has suffered or have suffered themselves from this dreaded illness. Every 2 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. It is a cause that is close to my heart and I hope that raising money for the Cancer Research UK will help towards preventing, controlling and curing cancer.

Cancer Research UK is a cancer research charity. It funds scientists, doctors, and nurses to help beat cancer sooner. Their aim is to reduce the number of deaths from cancer and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

I am aiming to raise £2000. If you would like to contribute towards my goal and fighting cancer I would be very grateful for your support. Any donations, no matter how small or big will be greatly appreciated!
