Imyself and a couple of mate are taking part in a challange to climb, Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in wales. A  know endurance race 

The challange being all three have to be climbed within 24hrs. That includes driving to each of them in turn as part of the 24hrs. Helps that We  are a wee bit nuts, the plan is that myself and my fellow nutters,  Gavin Wadsworth and Matt Simmons will start the  clock running at 6am on the 1st of july, 

Hope to raise some money for charity. Cancer research as it happens, I've had both friends and family that have affected by cancer, 

My daughter's school friend recently lost her brother, a lad of 14. So it's close to both my daughter and I at this moment,  we are not doing this through an organisation, so all money goes straight to the charity. so any money that We can raise would be great and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. 

I will post updates every Saturday, just to let you know how it's going. Our training, how much raised. That sort of thing. 

At the moment with 8 and half weeks to go, we have all equipment and are trading hard, loads of up hill hiking. Working at getting distance and incline at a steady pace. Ben Nevis alone is a 10.5 mile round hike climbing 4400ft
