Rick and Lou are taking part in the Tri For Life triathlon in Windsor on 5 September, which is a fundraiser for four charities: Great Ormond Street, Leukaemia Research, Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity and World Jewish Relief.  Given that one of us is just learning to swim and the other can barely run, we are focusing more on finishing than winning!
