Its now Tuesday, and I have completed my Hell Run. Hills of Hell was about right - never knowing what is around the corner - sand dunes, bogs of mud up to your chest, river crossings to name but a few...... Have a quick look at some of my photos!

What a brilliant day! well organised, plenty of willling participants, and a great t shirt at the end - which I will wear constantly!

I was taking part for the Stroke Association - and still am - its not too late!!!!!

Many family members have been affected by strokes in some way and I am also in the risk category myself.  

I am still looking for a way to avoid taking medication as a way of life and will let you know how I get on!

Just for interest - on safe parts of my run I have a favourite playlist to listen to - at the moment these are the songs that get me round the hard bits - " take me to the hospital" and "the Warrior" the Prodigy (ever tried running slowly to one of their songs?) sigue sigue sputnik "Love Missile"( for hills) "dirtee cash" Dizzee Rascal (for long stretches of road), Van halen - "Jump" and "Aint talkin bout love" ,"the Bongo Song" Safri Duo, "knock you down" keri Hilson, "Paper Planes" M.I.A (good for slow and steady sections) - to mention but a few - talk about a mixed selection - it works for me though - if you have any favourties- let me know yours!

Anyway, if you would like to donate or just get in touch - I would love to hear from you - oh and any suggestions for the next challenge, I am always keen to get ideas!
