'Dry January' is a massive thing for me as I have damaged my liver through mixing medication and alcohol. This last 5 weeks+ has given my liver time to rest and I am waiting for tests to see if the liver has  started to recover. Obviously I have to rethink my drinking going forward, so this event and focusing on helping the Suffolk Oxygen Therapy Centre with the sponsorship has made the abstinence easier and purposeful.

The SOTC needs approximately £50,000 to start generating its own oxygen. The reliance on buying Oxygen, storage etc stops.  The Centre's carbon footprint will also reduce. The aim is to give therapy to more and more people who really need oxygen for their quality of life.
