Myself and 3 friends are running the 5k colour run in Birmingham on august 16th and as much as this will be awesome fun for us (yes you read that right I said running was fun) we are also raising money for Alzheimer's society. As something that has an impact on my family having affected my Granddad I feel its a very worthy cause. So anything you can give will be greatly appreciated from pennies to pounds
