Did you know, Strokes are the THIRD most common cause of death in the UK.
As you know I am climbing Snowdon with my husband and 2 of our 3 children (along with some very good friends ) to raise much needed funds for the stroke association. As you may know my dad has had several strokes and the stroke association give invaluable support through a very tough time. Now my brother in law was struck by a stroke a few weeks ago. During this time of not knowing I felt very frustrated that I couldn't do anything to help but then
............. walk Snowdon and raise awareness! So now I'm on a mission to raise as much as I can for The Stroke Association . They not only help victims of strokes and their families but also carry out invaluable research.
As they say every penny helps !
