Freefalling for Freewheelers

Hi, I'm Lucy,
I am a band 5 nurse in Somerset. I know how valuable the Freewheelers (blood bikes) are. They work hard to deliver blood, breast milk, medicines, documents and equipment for the NHS out of hours.
They work hard and tirelessly to ensure that medical staff have all they need for their patients.
There is no out of hours courtier service for the NHS and as such, without the blood bikers, hospitals would need to spend money on private taxis to get the supplies when they need them.
The Freewheelers are all motorcyclists who give up their time to make sure that patients get the best care possible, often riding all night and back at work the next morning. They are not a paid for service and often use their own money for fuel.
They have a small pool of delivery bikes that are only funded by the generosity of people who donate to the Freewheelers charity.
This is not a skydive that is paid for out of the charity donations I get, but it was something I wanted to do and decided to raise some money along the way for a good cause. All money raised will be going to them for whatever they deem fit to use it for.
