We are  a small branch in Leicestershire raising funds for Bloodwise (Formally Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research). Our small branch has been raising funds for over 47 years.

We work very hard within the whole community giving everyone the opportunity to help fundraising in finding the cure for these nasty diseases.

Bloodwise is the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into the 137 different types blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

Our fundraising team is made up from a wide diversity of people who are inspired to beat blood cancers by enthusiastically helping with the running and manning of events in order to make them as successful as possible raising vital funds for vital research.

Bloodwise has funded millions of pounds in research and with more to come over the following years, but we can not do this without your help.

Our life-saving research is focused on finding causes, improving diagnosis and treatments, and running ground-breaking clinical trials for all blood cancer patients.

Blood cancers including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma affect people of all ages, from babies to grandparents. We need to be sure that we reach all those touched by leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma and give them the best possible chance of survival.

We support people who want to get involved with fundraising, by helping them to host their own event, or give them our support to make their event a success. We are always contacted by individuals or groups that have raised or wish to raise money and we support and learn about their experiences.
