We will be completing a number of workouts alongside Lauren throughout a 24hour period to help raise fund for Lough Neagh Rescue.

Lough Neagh Rescue is made up of 60 Highly trained volunteers, 4 lifeboats, 2 vans and an off road jeep. We operate 24/7 365 days a year. We respond to all types of emergencies from out on the lough to floods and swiftwater rescue.
