Words cannot even describe my love for my best friend, she meant so much to me and I cared for her so much, she was such a fighter but unfortunately lost the battle to meningitis on the 19th of january, only aged 16. I will NEVER forget this girl. She had such a big heart and was honestly one of the most incredible people I've ever met. She wouldn't ever fail to make me laugh. she was cared and loved by so many people and she has one of the most amazing, caring familes ive ever met and my support is with them. I well never forget you Connie. Rest in peace my beautiful best friend, this is for you. heaven gained an incredible angel♥
