Thank you to everyone who sponsored me in the race and also to those who waved & cheered from the bank as we rowed past.

The weather was perfect, the tide flowing with us for a change, and we all managed to row together at last - well, most of the time! We completed the course in 4 hours 7 minutes in the heaviest boat in the race, so not a bad achievement for a bunch of amateurs. Greenwich was a welcome sight.

All money raised has gone to the Richmond Upon Thames Scout fund to help those facing financial difficulty to enjoy camping both in the UK and overseas.
