The British Heart Foundation is the UK's number one heart charity.

Coronary heart disease is the UK's single biggest killer; the BHF's pionnering research has helped to transform the lives of the people living with heart and circulatory condidtions. Their work has been central to the discoveries of vital treatments that are helping to change the face of the UK's fight against heart disease. 

Damon and Madie are taking up the gauntlet to drag / trek their ageing bones 17 miles across the tough yet beautiful counrtyside of Derbyshire on Sunday 16 November to raise money for this charity.  We all have been affected by this horrible disease whether we know or have lost someone dear to us, or suffering ourselves.  We want a world where people don't die prematurely from heart disease.
