Major Series · 8 March 2014

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Anyone who knows Rory and I will know that he sadly lost his Uncle (Rory Snr) to Motor Neurone Disease back in October 2013. Motor Neurone Disease is an awful illness which, up until Rory Snr's diagnosis three years ago, I had never heard of and so this year I wanted to do something to help raise funds for the MNDA; a charity which helps to raise awareness of the illness and helps to improve the lives of those affected by it.

Along with four of my lovely friends; Sarah, Fiona, Amy and Hayley, we will be taking part in The Major Series, a 10k obstacle course through mud and water. For a glimpse of exactly what we've let ourselves in for watch this video: http://youtu.be/5qN2M6qQZK4

Any donation, no matter how big or small, would be much appreciated so please donate whatever you can.

Thank you and lots of love,

Cesca, Sarah, Fiona, Amy and Hayley xxx
