I'm running 5k a day this month to raise funds for the Foyle Hospice, who offer palliative care and support services for patients with terminal cancer and their families.

This charity is close to my heart, having seen my brother fight a short 5 week battle with liver cancer in 2019. My heart breaks for anyone having to go through this, so I want to try and raise as much money as possible to support the Foyle Hospice so that they can continue to provide valuable services to patients and their families.

Even if you can only spare £1, its hugely appreciated.
