The MANDA Centre in Hamilton have literally been a life saver for our family in the last couple of years. Desperately needed mental health support was sought from within our own health board but, disappointingly, the correct help was very lacking and further help was not even available without over a year waiting time! All this time the situation was reaching crisis point. As parents this was such a worrying time and we felt inadequate and helpless. Thankfully we were put in touch with The MANDA centre, which, although overstretched themselves, were able to provide an immediate, personal, professional, caring and committed service, which continued remotely throughout lockdown, which without, I cannot even begin to think what could have happened and as such cannot thank them enough. I would ask that if you can you would please donate something to help support this small but vitally important charity.
