Story

well it started again last night, with reps up Gardner Street...the build up to Loch Ness Marathon is now officially on! I'll just have a quiet go at trying to get a bit nearer 3h, then hope to break the barrier next spring in London. fact is, to knock out 6.40 mm for 3 hours is a big task, and I certainly didn't quite absorb the enormity of it in Paris - let alone the virus, the hotel breakfast (or lack of it!), the heat...ok, they're all excuses. I just hadn't trained hard enough.

thankyou all for your amazing donations, I'm pretty sure that's it now: I didn't break my 3 hour target, but together we've blown away the 2k target that I aimed for.

thanks very much! here's to next time
