5-A-Side Challenge 2022

On Thursday 6th October we will be getting together for our 4th Annual football tournament and will be looking forward to getting back to competitive sport and networking at Powerleague Shoreditch from 3.15. The Charity

Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 110,000 people living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. They bring together people affected by more than 60 rare and very rare progressive muscle-weakening and wasting conditions. They provide vital information, advice, resources and support for people with these conditions, their families and the professionals who work with them.

5-A-Side Challenge 2021

In October 2021, undeterred by the ongoing winter pandemic, we managed to get together for the 3rd tournament and grow the event to 22 teams. The hotly contested trophy went to Gerald Eve and over £10k was raised.

5-A-Side Challenge 2020

In February 2020 (just before the pandemic hit), 20 teams fought for the coveted trophy. LSH made it to the final but were pipped to the post by youth team, "Archie's Army" who were representing 15 year old Archie Hill who lives with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The final was full of energy and passion but in the end, youth won over experience. It was all for a great cause so everyone was happy in the end......

5-A-Side Challenge 2019

In February 2019, 11 teams from the property sector took each other on in a 5-A-Side Football tournament at Shoreditch Powerleague. The eventual winners were Lambeth Smith Hampton who took home the winning trophy and bragging rights for the year. 

Velodrome Experience 2018

The inaugural sporting event was held at the London 2012 Velodrome in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Thursday 7 June 2018. Everyone took take part in a training session led by Velodrome instructors and then competed in a flying lap competition. Excellent times were posted and post event drinks and networking followed at a nearby venue.
