Hello everyone

On 19-21 Sept I am completing the 3 peaks 24 hr Challenge (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon) and on 5th Oct I am running the Great North Run.

I am doing both of these events in memory of my Dad, Richard Clifford and trying to raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation.
