I started cycling 4 years ago as a fun way to keep fit with his wife and daughter, Daniela.  I got involved in raising money for charity when I became aware that one of my coffee customers, Erskine Hospital, near Paisley needed to raise tens of thousands of pounds per week to provide care and support for ex-service men. So together with a few friends, Daniela and myself completed the 'Pedal for Scotland' Glasgow to Edinburgh cycle in September 2009 raising £1500 for Erskine.

More recently I've decided to help raise money and awareness of Prostate cancer in Scotland after a friend of mine and a member of my family was diagnosed with the disease.  I hope to raise in excess of £1500 by cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats and am delighted that Miko Coffee have offered to sponsor me and my friends on 1 June 2012.. Any donations would be welcomed to help me achieve my goal.
