Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Herons Dale Primary School is a very special school catering for children who have a wide range of learning difficulties and who's individual achievements, no matter how small are recognised, celebrated and encouraged.

I have had the privilege of working as a dinner lady, in this school's kitchen for 18 years and have seen many children through the school grow and develop and achieve amazing things.

This is my second year of attempting this gruelling challenge and hope this year will be my year to hit the 100km finishing line!

I would like to give something back to the present and the future children again in helping raise funds for a much needed people carrier so they can enjoy many more educational and fun trips out of the school to enhance their life experiencies.
