Hi all, 

I'm doing the 5K for cancer research this year. Those that know me know I hate running-it's not my fave activity at all but this is for a good cause.

Every year thousands of people are diagnosed with various types of cancers. We all know someone that has been affected by cancer. Whether that be knowing someone who lost their battle, someone fighting it, someone beating it or going through it yourself so please dig deep people. Even if you can only donate £1 do not think it won't help...every single penny adds up!! 

At some point next month I will be trying to do a bake sale so you can donate by buying one of my cakes too :)
