Help a Capital Child is proud to announce its new name: Make Some Noise – we will help disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Thanks to your support, we have grown over the years and we will continue to help those affected by illness, disability, bereavement or lack of opportunity.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am trying to raise £500 to help "Help a London Child" continue doing the fantastic job they do here in London.

Help a London Child relies solely on fundraising and donations to support hundreds of projects helping London's disadvantaged children and young people. It provides opportunities to more than 120,000 less advantaged and vulnerable children and young people living in our city. London is not only one of the wealthiest cities in the world, but it is also home to children suffering from abuse, poverty, homelessness, disability, and illness.

Within London, you are never more than a mile away from a project which has been funded by Help a London Child.  Help a London Child's work has included a grant of £1,320 to The London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy to help fund a specialist teacher to lead the summer holiday scheme for children with cerebral palsy.

I really appreciate any contribution you can make, no matter how small.

Many thanks and wish me luck!
