Story
Thanks guys for your continued support over the years, I really do appreciate it but also must remind you that you have had a few years rest from my annual fundraising challenge. So...it is time to
dig deep as I will be doing not one but two events in a bid to try and get you to part with your hard earned pennies.
The first being the Kilt Walk (23 miles) which I will use as a warm up run to The Stirling Marathon (26 miles) a few weeks later.
We provide such a valued service to young people and families that I want to raise as many pennies as possible with the amount raised going directly to the PEEK Play Cafe.
The PEEK Play Cafe provides children aged 0-4 years and their care givers an opportunity to explore creative activity and engage in play. Families from proven vulnerable communities will share food & experiences enabling them to develop social connections and built friendships. The children will learn to socialise with each
other and create bonds. Their adults will also benefit from this experience, building relationships with each other ensuring that their children maintain their own friendships out with sessions.
These sessions are having such a positive effect on our community that we want to ensure we can continue. All funds raised will go directly to this service so any spondoolies you can spare please sling them in!
Thanks as always, Marie x
