Story
I am proud to be raising funds for Penniwells RDA by doing a parachute jump on the 10th May 2022! I aim to raise £3,000!
My wonderful son Oliver is 12 years old and has Down syndrome and Autism. Penniwells RDA have been teaching Oliver to ride since October 2019.
But their teaching runs far deeper than other riding schools. Oliver gets such enjoyment from his time with the horses and riding has a calming and therapeutic effect on him. It’s also helping his core strength and posture when many other approaches have failed.
Sadly, Penniwells have taken a major financial hit over the last two years, mainly due to COVID19 when they had no choice but close to its riders. They now need vital funds to keep the centre running and to continue their amazing work with disabled riders of all ages.
It’s costs £5,000 to keep a pony for a year!
It costs £3,000 a week to keep the centre open!
Please dig deep and sponsor my jump to help this amazing centre continue its impactful and crucial work.
A huge thank you from me, from Oliver, and from every disabled rider that relies on this amazing riding school!
