I'm riding for Bowel Cancer UK in the Prudential RideLondon 100.

It's the cycling version of the London Marathon starting from the Olympic Park and then heading out to Surrey to take on Leith Hill and Box Hill with the finish line on the Mall.

I hadn't really heard about Bowel Cancer until I lost my Father to it in 2006.

Bowel Cancer UK aims to save lives and improve the quality of life for all those affected by bowel cancer.

Between now and August I'm putting in the miles with an aim to get me close to a 5 hour finish time.
