On October 3rd I'll be running the London Marathon to raise money for the Hertfordshire community Foundation. This is my first marathon and as daunting as 26.2 long miles seems, I'm happy to be doing it for a great cause!

HCF are an independent charity that act to improve the lives of those most disadvantaged living in the county. In this last year they have awarded £1.2m from their coronavirus disaster relief fund to support charities and voluntary organisations who have supported the elderly, vulnerable, and those most in need.
