I and the wife have decided while at the pub recently that it would be good to participate in the 19km walk for life in aid of Farleigh Hospice in Essex after seeing a leaflet about the walk.

The hospice provides care for the lives of individuals and their families who have been touched by cancer or other life limiting illnesses. It's about extra-ordinary people taking the time to improve the lives of others; about adding life to days, even when days can't be added to life. They are the sole provider of hospice care in Mid Essex and their huge range of services are offered completely free of charge.
