Story

Like many UK Charities, “WheelPower’s future is in the balance”. I'm “wheelie” excited about ensuring WheelPower can continue to Transform Lives Through Sport for disabled people so I will be holding a “wheelie” for 2.6 hours in my wheelchair on Sunday 26 April.

The money we raise will enable WheelPower to provide valuable resources and opportunities which will help disabled people stay active, healthy and physically and mentally fit during the current crisis.

Covid-19 has had a significant impact on WheelPower. Our sport and fundraising events have been postponed, our outreach work in schools and spinal units has been cancelled and we expect our fundraising income will be reduced by 50% this year. Your donation will make a huge difference.
