Following my recent decision to return to the world of fitness / healthy living, and in preparation for further fitness challenges, marathons and triathlons this year and next, I will be taking part in the 10K Richmond River run - a prestigious annual run limited to 1500 applicants.

The goal is to prepare for this run and use it as an incentive for the training and challenges to follow ... and what better way is there than to do this while raising funds for charity?
