After completing the Great North Run last year on behalf of Sunbeams Music Trust, I have managed to convince myself that this year completing the Yorkshire marathon (26.2 miles) on the 8th October is a good idea. 

Again I am raising money on behalf of Sunbeams Music Trust as they supported my friend Thomas 'Titch' Froggatt and his family after he was diagnosed with a rare brain condition before he passed away in October 2015 aged 23.

Sunbeams Music Trust are a charity which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people with special needs through the creative power of music.
