Story

Thanks for visiting the page and I hope you can donate something - big or small.

The Living Wage campaign has helped 45,000 hard working people provide the basics for their family - food, heating, school trips. See www.livingwage.org.uk

The Living Wage means working parents don't have to work two jobs just to make ends meet, hardly seeing their children. It means you can can afford the weekly food shop and the heating bill.

But there are still 4.5m people out there who earn less than the Living Wage and we need to raise money to grow the campaign - particularly for people working in social care and retail.

There are 10 of us all running the 10km and I really want to hit my target of £1000.

If I don't do the 10km in 45mins (it's 2 weeks away and I've never run one before) then I'm going to run a half marathon this year.
