The Disabilities Trust are a brilliant organisation which provide direct care and advocacy, education and information for people with learning difficulties and disabilities.

I chose to run the Brighton again because I loved it the first time. The last 8 miles were the most excruciating of my life (sheer lack of training) and having given myself only 3 months to prepare I am going to give it my all!

I'd love it if you donated some cash, did some running with me (really!) or even headed down to Brighton for a post run PINT! The choice is yours :) Go on. Go on. Go on.
