Story

*THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS DONATED SO FAR!*

The Thunder Mudders team, which includes myself, my brother and friends, are taking part in the 2013 Yorkshire Tough Mudder event - to raise money for cancer related charities.

About the event...

Tough Mudder is a hardcore 12 mile-long obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.

Why are we doing it?

It's going to be hard, but we all want to raise as much as we can for our chosen charities. I’m running the event in memory of my Dad, who sadly passed away earlier this year following his battle with cancer.

In his final weeks my Dad came under the care of the team at Dove House Hospice. Dove House provide vital palliative care for patients whose illness is no longer curable.

The Hospice is reliant on donations, so anything you can give will really help to support the fantastic work they carry out.

Thank you for your support!
