Following a tragic fall in Ebbesbourne Wake on the morning of the 29th December 2018, Matt was airlifted to Southampton General Hospital by Dorset and Somerset air ambulance where he died later that day.

The family will not forget the amazing efforts and professionalism of the Air Ambulance team whilst they kept Matt alive. Along with the first aiders, the efforts of this incredible team allowed Matt to be surrounded by his family when he died.
