Those of you who know me well know that I love my sport and raising money for charity. By running the Cardiff Half Marathon I can do both and really help improve the lives of those less fortunate than myself. I am running on behalf of a charity I have chosen because of their amazing work in helping children with cancer and leukaemia. I have run for them before and aim to now and in the future. 

Cancer affects almost all of us in one way or another. So please please please donate as much as you feel necessary to help support this wonderful cause!!
