Hello all,

Yes, I've finally done it! No, I haven’t just finished a mammoth 200 mile cycle but I've finally set-up my Justgiving page!! For those of you that know me well, I always tend to leave things to the last minute (Dad, I know you will nod your head when you read this) but eventually I do get things completed! 

Basically, I’m taking part in a cycle at the end of June from London to Paris in support of the charity I work for - Leonard Cheshire Disability (you can read more about the work of charity on the left). It’s over 3 days and knowing my luck it will be lashing rain and fierce gales!   

I’ve been in training for a good few weeks now.... in addition to cycling around the suburbs of London and beyond I've also given up alcohol and am only eating healthy organic produce (and if you believe that you will believe anything!).

But seriously, the hard part is now the fundraising so please dig deep (so to speak) and give generously to a worthwhile charity.
