Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page

As some of you may know I am spending five weeks this summer in Jordan as part of a DUCK (Durham University Chritee Kommittee) expedition. We shall be working wth the British Council and Care International to begin with in Safawi, helping to improve water sources and irrigation in one of the driest areas on the earth. Then we are off to a desert town called Rajesh where we shall be working with people with learning dissabilities of all ages.

The communities we are working with are desperately needy of such help and I cannot express how much it would mean to both me and them if you were able to contribute to my fundraising.

 I am currently training for a half marathon, which takes place on 5th April so if you could sponsor me for that too, it would be truly appreciated. As im sure you will all agree, running is and never will be fun, so forcing my little legs all 21km will be virtual torture.
