The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Your support can help us to fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects that will benefit cancer patients both now and in the future.

Story

Myself and Gareth Jones will be enduring a 120 mile bike ride for The Christies Charity on 10th July. During the bike ride we will be climbing in total, 7000ft which to put into context people sky dive from this height.

As I write this on 21st March, we have only had 6 bike rides with the longest distance being 33 miles so as you can see there is a long way to go!

The reason why I am doing this for Christies is down to my mum. Last year my mum got diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently going through treatment. Without the help of Christies we could not have got through this difficult time, the large amount of care and support for their staff has meant we haven't faced this alone. Having seen what my mum and others that have been diagnosed with this vicious disease, organisations like this need all the help they can get and with your donations, we can make a difference!

Thanks you for your support and any donations no matter how big or small are greatly appreciated to take that step closer to cure this disease.
