A few months after my dad had passed away I had decided I needed a focus & a goal to strive for. So I decided that 2014 I would enter my first 10k...... Well it'll soon be upon me.

I am running this 10k in memory of Kerry Coggle a Louth Legend! & my dad! I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for The British Heart Foundation. I  hope you will sponsor me. Will greatly be appreciated and a worthy charity.
