Hey all!

As most of you are aware I am at my happiest in the water so I have decided to put my love for swimming to support a great cause. I am swimming in the Aspire Swimming Challenge 2017, 22 miles (the distance of the English Channel) by December 4th, to raise money for people paralysed by Spinal Cord injury.

Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge, but the more I raise, the more of a difference I'll make, so please be generous!

Last year Aspire raised over £580,000 🙌
