I shall be taking part in the Moonlight Colourthon on the 4th of July 2009. This is a night time Half Marathon starting at Chalkwell Park then walking along the seafront to Southend Pier, back through Westcliff, Chalkwell, Leigh and back to Chalkwell!! Goodness.........up hill, down dale!

All walkers are encouraged to dress in bright colours, hence the name Colourthon (!) - I think this will be harder for me than the actual walk!

I have decided to do this in aid of The Alzheimers Society and in memory of my nana, Lilian Ray who suffered from this disease (APPLE!!)
