With dignity, bravery, warmth and humour Wendy accepted that Motor Neuron Disease would change her life but it never beat her.

Wendy never got frustrated, felt sorry for herself or allowed the disease to stop her enjoying time with her family, friends and the nature around her.

Wendy passed away at peace with life and surrounded by her loving family.

Without the support of Hospice at Home and Wendy's carers she would not have been able to live at home and die peacefully in the arms of her family.
