Keystones's mental health charity walk: supporting Off the Record

Keystones supporting Off the Record: Mental health charity walk · 30 May 2019
We are a group of residents and staff who live and work at Keystones Mental Health Service. We have decided to do a charity walk together to raise money for Off the Record- a service that provides support and counselling for children and adolescents in the Bristol area.
We plan to walk approximately 10 miles around Bristol! Why a walk!? Exercise is important for both physical and mental wellbeing and can be a great social activity.
So please help us by donating to our cause.
Information about Off the Record:
OTR isn't just a charity providing mental health services, it's a mental health movement mobilised to support, promote and defend the mental health, rights and social position of young people!
We provide free, confidential and self-referral information and support to young people aged 11-25 in Bristol and South Glos. We don’t think that young people are “broken” - we think it’s often the systems and environments around them that make things difficult. For that reason, we think it’s super-important to empower young people to learn resilience skills, and how to look after their wellbeing - and the wellbeing of their friends and communities too.
