Story
The Maryland School for the Blind serves approximately 1,300 students throughout all 24 Maryland counties each year, in addition to over 200 students on campus. Our mission is to serve students with blindness or low vision of all abilities from birth through 21 throughout their unique educational journey.

MSB provides FREE on-campus and statewide educational, recreational, vocational, and residential programs and services for students birth to 21 to reach their fullest potential by preparing them to be as successful, independent and well-rounded contributing members of their communities as possible.
